The state wants its deliverables on time, the members want to know what is happening, and everything runs through your inbox. coalition-one is the portal that takes that load: one place members sign in to, one place the work plan lives, one place a corrective action goes until it closes.

Cooperative-agreement deliverables live in a spreadsheet only the coordinator can read. coalition-one makes them a shared list with an owner, a due date, and a status the lead updates. Know what is due before the state asks.

Improvement plans are written after every exercise and then buried in a PDF. Here they become a tracker: assign the action to the member organization that owns it, date it, and watch it move. The next exercise starts from what is still open.

One coalition calendar, filterable by type, with registration built in. Automated reminders go out at seven days and one day. Nobody emails a spreadsheet of names around the week before a full-scale exercise.

One place members go.

The plans, templates, meeting records, and funding documents that currently live in email attachments get a home with a version number. Members see what their role allows. Staff see everything. Questions that used to go to the coordinator go to the community board, where the answer helps everyone.
